Acoustic Feather for Flattop Guitar
A responsive, lightweight pickup which mounts on the bridge plate centered between the 1st and 6th strings. It gives a true reproduction of the guitar's acoustic sound and is designed to be totally unobtrusive. The Acoustic Feather for guitar weighs less than two grams. Highly resistant to feedback. Simple to install, the ¼" endpin jack is included. Preamp is recommended.
Acoustic Feather for Spider Cone Resonator
This feedback resistant pickup is made of a responsive film which adds very little weight when mounted on the cone. The sound of the resonator is accurately reproduced by this pickup, making it the choice of many professionals, such as Jerry Douglas. Preamp is recommended.
Acoustic Feather for Biscuit Cone Resonator
The lightweight nature of this pickup makes it the perfect choice to mount directly on the cone of the biscuit type resonators. It produces the natural acoustic sound of these instruments with a high resistance to feedback and no alteration of tone. The jack can fit in the F-hole requiring no alteration. Preamp is recommended.
Acoustic Feather for Mandolin (internal mount)
This very thin, lightweight pickup easily mounts inside on the top of a mandolin. It adds so little weight to the top that it does not alter the acoustic sound of the instrument. The ¼" endpin jack is included. Preamp is recommended.
Mandolin pickup, internal
This pickup is mounted inside with several options for jack placement. It can be used with a jack installed through the side or with an endpin jack through the tailblock, which requires enlarging the hole in the tailpiece. This can be a tricky installation, but with good instructions included and advice from Carl (if necessary) the sound is more than worth it. This pickup is being used by the folks at Weber Mandolins.
Mandolin pickup, external
The same unit at the internal pickup, only this one mounts on the top of the mandolin behind the bridge and has a Carpenter jack which clamps to the side of the instrument. This pickup does not require fitting a new bridge.

Classical guitar pickup
Our pickup for classical guitar reproduces the sound of a nylon stringed instrument very accurately. It is easy to install, but does require drilling the tailblock to accommodate the endpin jack. Of course there are some innovative mounting options when alteration is not desirable.
Hammered dulcimer pickup
Another case of an instrument we initially did not pursue due to its percussive nature. The persistence of a customer led us to try it with unexpectedly beautiful results. This one comes pre-soldered and ready stick on the instrument. It also works well on an Autoharp.
Metal body guitar pickup
While this unit is named for metal-bodied guitars, it appropriate for all biscuit and cone type resonators. Some of these are made of wood. It delivers a very natural sound from an instrument, which is difficult to amplify well.
-A very natural sounding transducer for bouzoukis, citterns, and other folk instruments. Also, some of our customers who use the GF-30 in their guitars install this unit as a dual source.
