Jim, a native of Rockville, MD, came on board in August of 1997. He handles most of the pickup making. When not manufacturing our pickups, Jim is a full time musician who plays pedal steel, guitar, banjo, and Dobro. You will see Jim at most of the festivals with us. In fact, we met Jim while in the midst of a search for some one to travel with Carl to the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, KS. He walked in our shop and asked if we knew anybody who would be interested in going with him to Winfield, because he was having trouble finding some one who was able to go. Talk about perfect timing.
